The staff at Reggae Hostel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even helped me find something I had lost and shared some great music with me. The location of the hostel was convenient, with grocery stores, ATMs, and restaurants within walking distance. The hostel had a spacious area for dancing and chilling, and the vibe was excellent. The breakfast provided was very good, and they also had excellent music playing.

Nice people, really nice facilities. Would recommend.

The communal and bar area was lively and socially open, which was great for meeting other travelers. The staff was friendly and made me feel at home. The kitchen had a waffle maker, which was a nice bonus.

The location was not safe, especially for solo female travelers. Walking alone on the streets was not recommended.

Clean bathrooms, internet acces, some staff extremely helpfull (one lady extremely unhlepfull).

I had an incredible stay at this hostel! The staff were super friendly and available 24/7 at the front desk. They even helped me arrange a taxi for my early morning flight. The WiFi was excellent and the beds were clean and comfortable. The atmosphere at this hostel is so relaxing, making it the perfect place for lone travelers like me. I also loved the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. This hostel is definitely worth the money and is probably the best one you can find in this city.

Nothing could have been better.

The hostel is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown and public transport. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and there is a nice community feel in the house. The outdoor area with a bar and murals is a great spot to relax and meet other backpackers.

The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms during the day can make it uncomfortably hot for napping or hanging out.

I stayed at this hostel in Kingston for a week and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, arranging taxis and giving us tips on places to visit. The hostel is located in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood, which made me feel safe and relaxed. The electronic security gate added an extra layer of security. The hostel had a great atmosphere, with a courtyard where the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The free breakfast in the morning was a lovely perk. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hostel provided a homely and comfortable atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and welcoming, treating us like family. The location was central, with everything we needed nearby, such as shopping areas and parties. The hostel had spacious and clean facilities, including a bar with good music, and the rooms were comfortable with functioning AC and reliable wifi.

The only drawback was that our private room with a bathroom wasn't available upon arrival, but the staff quickly resolved the issue by providing us with a good room at a great price.

The communal areas at this place are clean and offer a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world. There is also the chance to perform if you wish, creating a real sense of community. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Not one thing.

During my recent stay at the hostel, I was impressed by the spacious and comfortable common areas, especially the inviting outdoor spaces. Everything was kept clean and the bathrooms were well-maintained. Although the breakfast options were limited, I found the atmosphere to be relaxed and enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff provided great suggestions and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hostel for a true Jamaican experience.

Centrally located with easy access to transportation. Staff is friendly and helpful in organizing activities and providing advice on what to see and do in the city. Enjoyed meeting other solo travelers in the communal areas.

Rooms without air conditioning made it uncomfortable during hot and humid nights. Inconsistent wifi and sometimes cold showers were inconvenient.
